Job Description:

Summary

• Responsible for leading and achieving the success of a wide range of projects/tasks across MAF and DA (MAF, BU, R & D).

• Responsible for driving the performance and motivation of group members and the MAF team in their therapeutic area.

• Responsible for leading, shaping and executing MSL strategy, operations and capability development in collaboration with a group lead.

Details:

• Has knowledge equivalent to that of KOL/KI in relevant disease areas and is responsible for building a high level of trust with a certain number of KOL/KIs. Has a wide range of knowledge in related disease areas, and is responsible for contributing to improving the knowledge of all stakeholders within the company, as well as contributing to the formulation of MAPs for related disease areas and the formulation of MSL activity strategies.

• Utilizing trends in the pharmaceutical industry (medical policies, administrative guidelines, etc.), responsible for explaining while developing topics with HCP and internal stakeholders. Act with an understanding of research-related laws and regulations and research ethics, and be responsible for providing advice to various stakeholders within the company beyond the areas of responsibility.

• Take responsibility for teaching PES skills to others and helping others improve their skills.

• Responsible for analyzing insights gathered by group members, prioritizing them, visualizing them as actionable activities, making proposals to internal stakeholders in the therapeutic area they are responsible for, and contributing to MAP planning.

• In the process of handling TOP KI, which is extremely difficult to communicate, without problems, and planning and executing an engagement plan that considers not only your own target KI, but also the overall target KI of group members, and improves overall engagement. responsible for leading.

• Responsible for contributing to medical strategy planning from an MSL perspective on an equal footing with a TA. Responsible for communicating and leading strategic changes and transformations to colleagues and stakeholders in their therapeutic areas as critical to the success of the organization and J&J as a whole.

• Responsible for leading tasks and projects that affect company-wide activities and producing results in the therapeutic area they are responsible for, as well as guiding other members and supporting the planning and execution of projects.And responsible for leading and delivering results on tasks and projects that affect the entire MSL department, and understanding the urgency and priority of major project deliverables, facilitating understanding and action of stakeholders, and grasping the team's collaborative to lead the project to success.

• Seek out new ideas, organize and utilize them, and pursue business opportunities, regardless of team or region. Responsible for forming a strategic vision for the group to which it belongs, considering what kind of innovations are possible and possible, conducting risk assessments for activities, and implementing risk management for the entire team at an appropriate level.

• Responsible for negotiating and persuading, as well as being able to provide appropriate information and have discussions in communication with internal personnel in managerial positions and above. Responsible for providing opportunities for team members to be recognized within the company, building cross-departmental collaboration and networks on a daily basis, and working to quickly respond to issues. Responsible for providing appropriate mentoring to MSL colleagues and those interested in the MSL department.

EDUCATION

Required

・BA/BS(Medical science or other related area)

Desirable

・MA/MS/MBA(Medical science or other related area)
・Doctorate(Medical science or other related area)

・Pharmacist

RELATED EXPERIENCE:
• Experience in the oncology
• 2+ years experience in a pharmaceutical industry or medical institution is desirable
• Experience of clinical development, or medical affairs, or research is desirable
• Good presentation experience and familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
