Job Description:

The Director, Supply Chain Performance Management leads the deployment, implementation, and ongoing advancement of performance management capabilities across the supply chain, including governance, operating cadence, and business intelligence capabilities that enable integrated visibility, accountability, and continuous improvement across the entire supply chain.

This role partners across supply chain functions to ensure meaningful performance metrics are in place to identify insights from diverse data sources, establish scalable management systems, drive disciplined review cadences, and translate business strategy into actionable insights and sustained operational results, while ensuring robust change management processes and compliant business practices.

In addition to Performance Management responsibilities, the role acts as the de facto Site Lead for MTSC resources based in Bengaluru. The objective is to create unity across the multiple MTSC functions present in Bengaluru. This includes providing on-site support for talent, serving as the point person for visiting dignitaries, acting as a key facilities contact, and representing the Credo and other J&J-wide requirements.
