About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and analytical intern to join our Supply Chain FP&A team. This role is strongly oriented toward business case development and process optimization, with a focus on reviewing current finance workflows and integrating AI (Copilot) and automation solutions to improve efficiency and support day-to-day decision-making.
You will work at the intersection of finance, operations, and digital innovation, gaining hands-on experience while contributing to meaningful improvements in how the team operates.
Key Responsibilities
🔹 Process Review & Improvement
- Support the creation of business cases for supply chain initiatives and investments
- Review current FP&A and reporting processes to identify inefficiencies
- Propose and implement practical improvements to simplify and standardize workflows
- Document and redesign processes to improve transparency and scalability
- Focus on initiatives that reduce manual work and enhance team productivity
🔹 AI & Copilot Integration
- Identify opportunities to integrate AI (Microsoft Copilot) into daily finance activities
- Develop simple AI-enabled solutions (e.g., automated reporting, insights generation)
- Create templates, prompts, and best practices to facilitate team adoption
- Support the team in using AI tools to streamline day-to-day tasks
🔹 Data & Automation (Python + Tools)
- Use Python and Excel to automate data handling and reporting tasks
- Support integration of data from multiple sources (e.g., ERP, Excel datasets)
- Build simple tools or scripts to improve data accuracy and reduce manual effort
Your Profile
- Studying Finance, Business Analytics, Engineering, or Data Science
- Strong analytical mindset with interest in finance, operations, and digital tools
- Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with Power BI is a plus
- Knowledge of Python (automation/data analysis)
- Interest in AI tools (Copilot or similar technologies)
- Structured, curious, and solution-oriented with strong communication skills
