Job Description:

DePuy Synthes is recruiting for an IFU Systems Specialist, located in Raynham, MA.

The IFU Systems Specialist, Supply Chain (SC&O) is an entry‑level professional role that supports end‑to‑end supply chain planning and execution activities across DePuy Synthes. This position partners with cross‑functional teams to ensure product availability, data accuracy, and operational efficiency while supporting continuous improvement initiatives. The role offers exposure to integrated supply chain processes and provides a strong foundation for career growth within Supply Chain & Operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support supply chain planning and operational activities, including data gathering, analysis, and reporting to enable informed decision‑making.

  • Assist with inventory, demand, or supply planning processes by maintaining accurate inputs and monitoring key performance indicators.

  • Coordinate with cross‑functional partners (e.g., manufacturing, logistics, finance, and commercial teams) to resolve basic supply or data issues.

  • Prepare and consolidate materials for routine planning or operational review meetings.

  • Execute standard operating procedures to support supply continuity, service levels, and compliance requirements.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying data gaps, process inefficiencies, and opportunities for standardization.

  • Maintain documentation, trackers, and system data in alignment with SC&O policies and controls.

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, Engineering, Analytics, or a related field.

Experience and Skills

Required:

  • 0–2 years of relevant work experience (including internships or co‑ops) in supply chain, operations, planning, logistics, or analytics.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with data, reports, and metrics.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other standard business tools.

  • Ability to follow defined processes and standard operating procedures.

  • Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and compliance.

Preferred:

  • Exposure to supply chain planning systems (e.g., ERP, planning or inventory tools).

  • Internship or academic project experience in supply chain, operations, or analytics.

  • Basic understanding of demand planning, inventory management, or logistics concepts.

  • Experience working in a regulated or manufacturing environment.

  • Interest in continuous improvement or operational excellence methodologies.

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.

Other:

  • Language: English proficiency required.

  • Travel: Minimal travel (generally <10%), primarily domestic.

  • Certifications: None required.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :

$94,000.00 - $170,000.00

Additional Description for Pay Transparency:

Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).
