Position: Marketing Intern(specialty medicine) –
Period: July 6, 2026 ~ January 5, 2027 (6 months)
Learning Objective
Learning Data Analytics, Reporting & Insight Generation for Commercial Marketing & Product Management
Objective: Understand the various sources of internal data, how to collate, clean and organize into usable format and then integrate to identify opportunities and challenges.
Co-Create Commercial KPIs and Dashboards
Objective: Collaborate with stakeholders to develop an effective set of KPIs and Dashboards that allow for timely and strategic monitoring of brand and team performance. Partner with stakeholders to automate monthly and quarterly updates
Test and apply the use of AI Tools to extract insights from key data sets
Objective: Utilise inhouse AI Models to analyse various data sets to better understand key brand trends and customer insights. Present these insights and discuss with key stakeholders.
Learning plan
- Discovery and Foundation Building: Receive support from the marketing team, CE and business unit (BU) in the first 90 days.
- Start to produce work with guidance and feedback for each step
- The intern should take a more active role in applying what they have learned through strategic implementation and collaboration, showcasing their contributions and reporting back to senior leaders and cross-functional team.
- Continue to showcase the results of executed assignments while focusing on evaluating their experiences and outcomes related to advanced concepts analytics, AI and product management in the final quarter.
