The Global Engineering & technology (GET) organization operates as one integrated team in the delivery of Engineering, Maintenance & Reliability and Execution Systems activities.

We are recruiting for a Sr. Maintenance & Reliability mgr. to become the site lead for the GET maintenance & Reliability dept. Beerse, Belgium.

Key Responsibilities

As senior manager, your primary objective is to manage your team to maximize value to manufacturing processes, focusing on safety, efficiency, compliance, productivity and reliability of our equipment and systems. The Sr. M&R mgr is reporting to the GET site lead Beerse and is part of the GET leadership team.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading a maintenance & reliability team, consisting of teamleads, engineers, schedulers and technicians.
  • Ensuring flawless execution of reactive, preventive, and proactive maintenance.
  • Collaborate with customers in both Research and Development and Commercial Manufacturing Supply organizations such as Operations, Engineering, QA and planning to align on priorities both in the short and the long term.
  • Guard equipment base business qualification and overall compliance.

Qualifications, Experience and Skills:

  • People leader: you love working in a group, hearing different viewpoints and discussing them with your peers and team. You strive to coach team members to get the best of them.
  • An individual with strong communication skills who can communicate effectively with partners across different levels of our organization.
  • A technical degree or equivalent experience and a strong interest in all aspects of maintenance & reliability. Preferred fields of study are Engineering or Science.
  • An innovative drive to make the difference and achieve results. Combination of analytical and technical skills to understand and solve complex issues as well as derive related business needs.
  • Decisiveness, brainpower and drive to deal with various issues and projects simultaneously.
  • Passionate about bringing innovative ideas, products and services to life, demonstrating strong project management skilled in leading changes.
  • Able to collaborate with others in both English and Dutch.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is:

€96 000,00 - €165 025,00

In addition to base pay, we offer the following benefits*: an annual bonus with set target (% of pay) depending on pay grade / location, where the actual amount is based on the employees’ and companies’ performance of the previous calendar year, or sales commissions.
