The Opportunity

This 12-month full-time fixed term contract position will work closely with Marketing teams to drive digital marketing activities for the J&J MedTech business in ANZ. As the in-house digital content designer and deployment specialist, you will coordinate and manage our ANZ websites in partnership with global teams and act as the brand custodian, providing guidance and support to empower ANZ team members to apply the new brand guidelines correctly.

Responsibilities

  • Leading the design, development, and execution of integrated digital marketing campaigns across channels (web, email, social, video, and advertising)
  • Managing and optimising digital assets deployment across platforms (e.g. marketing automation tools, website, social), including performance tracking and reporting
  • Owning and maintaining the ANZ website, partnering with global and local teams to deliver updates, enhancements, and a seamless user experience
  • Creating and delivering internal communications and marketing content, including emails, video, and event materials, to support business engagement
  • Acting as a brand custodian, ensuring consistent application of brand guidelines and supporting teams through training, tools, and best-practice guidance

About You

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in digital content creation, graphic design, and video editing, ideally within an agency or B2B environment
  • Advanced proficiency in digital design tools including Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and related platforms
  • Strong understanding of digital design principles, including HTML/CSS basics and production of digital and print-ready materials
  • Solid experience working with brand guidelines, with the ability to maintain consistency and support others in applying them effectively
  • Highly organised and collaborative, with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects, prioritise effectively, and meet deadlines

This position is a 12-month fixed term contract based in Sydney. All applicants must have rights to work in Australia.
