Job Description:

We are looking for an Employee Relations Senior Partner who will be responsible for managing Employee Relations cases for designated workforce groups.

Employee Relations activities include a broad range of topics, from disciplinary measures to policy interpretation, performance management, and conflict resolution. In this role, you will research and investigate concerns, identify potential policy violations, and evaluate findings to ensure that actions are applied consistently and in line with company standards.

A core expectation of this role is to act as a guardian of our Credo and Code of Business Conduct, ensuring that employees are treated with dignity and respect while maintaining the highest level of integrity, trust, and confidentiality. You will also support business leaders and HR stakeholders in understanding and applying local HR policies and relevant labor legislation.

You will approach this work with a continuous improvement mindset, challenging the status quo and identifying opportunities to enhance processes, including the use of digital solutions and AI to enable greater efficiency and self-service.

Through this role, you will further develop expertise in the practical application of labor and employment law, HR policies, and automation solutions, while building capabilities to manage increasingly complex and sensitive Employee Relations matters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to Employee Relations requests, taking full ownership of assigned cases, tasks, and inquiries, ensuring timely resolution and high-quality outcomes

  • Review and interpret relevant policies and practices to determine whether a violation has occurred and recommend appropriate actions

  • Support the execution and finalization of performance improvement processes and corrective actions

  • Partner with Legal department to gather and provide information required for employment-related claims

  • Build credibility and trust-based relationships with stakeholders

  • Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and drive greater efficiency

  • Leverage digital tools and AI solutions in day-to-day work to enhance service delivery and user experience

  • Contribute to special projects and additional responsibilities as required

  • Support and participate in key workplace events, including restructurings, M&A activities, and other organizational changes at cluster or country level

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Labor Law, or a related field

  • Proven experience working within employee relations matters aera

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to follow through on commitments

  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather, assess, and interpret information effectively

  • High level of discretion, integrity, confidentiality, and sound judgment

  • Strong focus on quality and delivering a positive end-to-end employee experience

  • Ability to learn systems and processes quickly

  • Continuous improvement mindset and willingness to challenge the status quo

  • Motivation to learn and develop, with the ability to handle complex and sensitive topics

  • Strong team orientation with a commitment to building a positive work environment

  • Demonstrates an understanding of AI concepts and frameworks, including awareness of responsible and ethical AI practices, experience generating effective prompts to boost efficiency and productivity, and awareness of AI’s impact on the workforce.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is:

Kč915 000,00 - Kč1 473 150,00

In addition to base pay, we offer the following benefits*: an annual bonus with set target (% of pay) depending on pay grade / location, where the actual amount is based on the employees’ and companies’ performance of the previous calendar year, or sales commissions.
