Job Description:

Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopaedics business to establish a standalone orthopaedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes. The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 18 to 24 months, subject to legal requirements, including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as may be required, regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals. Should you accept this position, it is anticipated that, following conclusion of the transaction, you would be an employee of DePuy Synthes and your employment would be governed by DePuy Synthes employment processes, programs, policies, and benefit plans. In that case, details of any planned changes would be provided to you by DePuy Synthes at an appropriate time and subject to any necessary consultation processes.

Purpose:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Invoicing Analyst to join our dynamic team at Johnson & Johnson Chile. As an Invoicing Analyst, you will play a crucial role within our Order to Invoice Chile division, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of invoices and supporting our financial operations.

You will be responsible for:

- Process and verify invoicing procedure ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Review and resolve discrepancies in invoices, working closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate billing of goods and services.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of invoices, payments, and related documentation.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement efficient invoicing procedures.
- Assist in month-end closing activities, including financial reconciliations and reporting.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to invoicing and financial operations.

Qualifications / Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Invoicing Analyst or in a similar role, preferably within a multinational company.
- Strong knowledge of invoicing processes, financial systems, and reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software applications.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to identify errors and discrepancies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to exercise sound judgment.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
