Analyst Events - PR&O - Professional Relations & Operations - Eventos Educacionais MedTech - Local SP

Job Summary

The Events Analyst (PG23) will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of event logistics, ensuring operational excellence, financial accuracy, and compliance adherence within the LATAM PR&O centralized model. This role requires close collaboration with the Company’s approved agency (BCD) and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality educational and promotional events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full lifecycle of event logistics in coordination with the Company’s approved agency (BCD), ensuring timely and compliant execution.
  • Oversee planning, coordination, and implementation of events, maintaining alignment with internal policies, procedures, and service standards.
  • Execute complete event reconciliation processes, including financial closing, validation of supporting documentation, and compliance checks.
  • Monitor, control, and report event-related expenditures, ensuring accurate financial visibility and alignment with franchise budgets.
  • Provide in-person (on-site) support during events whenever required, ensuring smooth execution and immediate resolution of operational needs.
  • Deliver regular reporting on event status, execution progress, and key metrics at a regional level.
  • Collaborate with LATAM clusters and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure consistency, transparency, and alignment within the centralized operating model.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process optimization opportunities within event execution and financial management.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree completed
  • Spanish is requiered.
  • Proficiency in English is desirable.
    Experience in event management, logistics, or related operational roles.
  • Strong financial and analytical skills, particularly in budget control and reconciliation processes.
  • High level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to operate in a regional/matrix environment.
  • Knowledge of compliance requirements related to HCP engagement and event execution is preferred.
