Job Description:

Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopaedics business to establish a standalone orthopaedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes. The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 18 to 24 months, subject to legal requirements, including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as may be required, regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals. Should you accept this position, it is anticipated that, following conclusion of the transaction, you would be an employee of DePuy Synthes and your employment would be governed by DePuy Synthes employment processes, programs, policies, and benefit plans. We are searching for the best talent for Account lead Bogota

Purpose: Responsible for a group of accounts (public and / or private) in the assigned territory. Develops strong relationships with non clinical stakeholders (administrative areas) to understand account needs, define plans, promote DePuy Synthes portfolio and negotiate and close sales. This position is acts as owner of the assigned accounts and territory, working in partnership with the customer leadership and internal team (clinical demand generation and functional areas) to promote company portfolio, negotiate material and service contracts aiming non clinical demand generation and DePuy Synthes product selling. Assures a single point of contact with the administrative areas within the assigned customers..

You will be responsible for:

  • Drive portfolio growth by promoting products to non-clinical stakeholders, identifying new opportunities, and aligning with clinical teams to capture demand.
  • Manage key accounts by developing long-term strategies, executing contracts, tracking performance, and maintaining stakeholder alignment.
  • Lead commercial processes including proposal development, pricing analysis, and negotiation of contracts, services, and subsidies.
  • Overcome access barriers by collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective action plans.
  • Oversee financial and operational activities such as accounts receivable management, complaint reporting, and compliance with timelines.
  • Identify and execute business opportunities including service implementation, pipeline (funnel) management, and follow-up on contracts and medical device opportunities.

Qualifications / Requirements:

  • College Degree is required in administrative, accounting or related areas.
  • 5 to 7 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in the commercial area with proven track record selling value (negotiating and closing deals).
  • Experience leading multifunctional teams through influence. Financial skills: understand P&L drivers & pricing. Health care sector experience is a plus.
  • Travel inside designated territory will be required (up to 25% to 50% depending on territory).
  • English language fluency: Intermediate
