Role Summary:
Join our Surgery team and play a key role in driving successful participation in tenders across Turkey. You will manage tender submissions, support contract execution, maintain pricing and tender data, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliant and competitive bids.
Main Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit bids and tender in line with local regulations and company requirements.
- Manage tender opportunities from identification through award and contract implementation.
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Pricing, Supply Chain, Legal, and Compliance teams.
- Maintain tender trackers, databases, and reporting tools.
- Ensure compliance with Turkish Public Procurement Law and internal policies.
- Drive process improvements, automation, and digital initiatives within Tendering.
What We Are Looking For:
Requirements:
- Experience in Tendering, Bids or Contracts management
- Good knowledge of the Turkish healthcare/medical devices market and public procurement processes.
- Experience with bids & tenders preparation and submission, and contract management.
- Fluent Turkish and advanced English.
- Strong stakeholder management and organizational skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-focused mindset.
- Interest in AI, automation, and continuous process improvement.
Asset:
- Experience in Medical Devices/MedTech and exposure to Lean or digital transformation initiatives.
