Role Summary

We are looking for a Commercial BI Manager to lead commercial reporting, business intelligence, sales force effectiveness, territory governance, sales force tool adoption, and incentive execution across the region.

This role combines hands-on analytics and BI delivery with strong commercial understanding, process governance, stakeholder management, and continuous improvement. The successful candidate will partner closely with Commercial, Sales, Finance, HR, IT, and regional leadership teams to deliver accurate insights, improve field execution, strengthen data quality, and support controlled performance management processes.

Key Responsibilities

The Commercial BI Manager will be responsible for:

  • Lead commercial BI and performance reporting across the region, including dashboards, KPI tracking, business reviews, and leadership reporting.
  • Design, build, maintain, and continuously improve BI solutions that support commercial performance, sales effectiveness, incentives, territory management, and business decision-making.
  • Translate business questions into clear insights and recommendations, enabling leadership teams and field teams to make timely, data-driven decisions.
  • Drive sales force effectiveness reporting and governance, including scorecards, field force performance tracking, productivity analysis, and business review cadence.
  • Support sales force adoption of commercial tools and processes, ensuring field teams effectively use dashboards, platforms, scorecards, and reporting solutions.
  • Provide first-line business and technical support for sales force access and platform-related issues, coordinating with IT and platform teams to resolve system or access challenges.
  • Oversee territory and account governance, including territory structure, account alignment, segmentation, targeting, sales hierarchy quality, and data hygiene.
  • Own and execute the end-to-end sales incentive calculation cycle, including data collection, validation, reconciliation, achievement calculation, payout simulation, exception review, and final output preparation.
  • Strengthen controls, documentation, and audit readiness across reporting, incentives, commercial data, and core business processes.
  • Use Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Excel, and other digital tools to automate reporting, improve workflows, reduce manual effort, and enhance transparency.
  • Partner with IT, data, and platform teams on system improvements, data requirements, testing, releases, integrations, and issue resolution.
  • Act as a key BI and analytics partner to senior stakeholders, communicating complex data in a clear, practical, and business-focused way.

Key Qualifications and Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Analytics, Data, Finance, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in business intelligence, commercial analytics, sales force effectiveness, commercial excellence, or a similar role.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in Power BI, Excel, and SQL, with the ability to build, maintain, and improve robust reporting and analytics solutions.
  • Experience with Power Platform tools, including Power Apps and Power Automate, with a focus on process automation, workflow improvement, and productivity enhancement.
  • Strong understanding of commercial performance management, including KPIs, dashboarding, sales productivity analysis, and business performance tracking.
  • Experience working with sales, finance, HR, IT, and commercial stakeholders, preferably in a regional or multi-market environment.
  • Strong data governance and process control mindset, including experience with data validation, reconciliation, documentation, and audit-ready processes.
  • Fluency in Turkish and English, with strong communication skills and the ability to translate data into clear business recommendations.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience with sales incentives, target setting, payout calculation, or performance governance.
  • Experience with territory management, account alignment, segmentation, and targeting.
  • Exposure to commercial platforms such as Salesforce, Reltio, or similar systems.
  • Familiarity with data modelling, relational databases, ETL, cloud platforms, or Python.
  • Experience in healthcare, MedTech, pharma, or another regulated commercial environment.
