Job Description:

Health Care Compliance Lead Specialist

Job Summary

The Health Care Compliance Lead Specialist supports Health Care Compliance programs and activities across the Johnson & Johnson MedTech Business Units in Germany. The role supports planning, training, risk assessments, monitoring, investigations, reporting, policy implementation and other Health Care Compliance functions. The position is also responsible for maintaining compliance programs and supporting Management Action Plan implementation and follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

  • Organize and deliver compliance training and communications.

  • Maintain employee certification and training attendance records.

  • Support compliance reviews and approvals.

  • Perform data collection, analysis and reporting activities.

  • Support harmonization, implementation and maintenance of HCC policies and procedures.

  • Serve as a first point of contact for business requests and compliance-related documentation.

  • Support implementation of global, regional and local compliance strategies.

  • Participate in enterprise risk assessment activities and identification of process gaps.

  • Support development and execution of local monitoring plans.

  • Assist in preparations for audits and reviews.

  • Support management of compliance inquiries, allegations and investigations.

  • Escalate significant compliance concerns as appropriate.

  • Collect and provide compliance metrics and reports.

  • Liaise with GLO and other business partners.

  • Lead local, regional and cross-functional compliance projects.

  • Implement compliance systems, policies, procedures and training programs.

  • Support fulfillment of internal and external reporting requirements.

  • Promote continuous improvement of compliance processes and working methods.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.

  • Minimum 4 years of relevant business experience.

  • Professional proficiency in English and German is required.

  • Experience may include Compliance, Finance, Sales & Marketing, Medical Affairs, Legal, Regulatory Affairs or Auditing.

  • Experience in the MedTech and/or Pharmaceutical industry preferred.

  • Strong organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across functions and organizational levels.

  • Ability to manage ambiguity and participate in complex projects.

  • Strong commitment to the Johnson & Johnson Credo and ethical business practices.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is:

€75 000,00 - €118 450,00

In addition to base pay, we offer the following benefits*: an annual bonus with set target (% of pay) depending on pay grade / location, where the actual amount is based on the employees’ and companies’ performance of the previous calendar year, or sales commissions.
