Job Description:

Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a cross-functional Learning Delivery Analyst, located in Manila. In this role, you are expected to support Learning Operations and Learning Production capabilities for the end-to-end execution of learning programs, ensuring seamless logistics and high-quality delivery. This will require coordination of onsite and virtual operations, facilitate teamwork across functions and vendors, and use data to drive continuous improvement. It’s an exciting opportunity to simplify processes, enhance the learner experience, and make a significant impact by supporting innovative, personalized, in-person and virtual learning experiences across the organization.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and support virtual session production, including breakout rooms, slides, polls, and participant assistance during sessions.
  • Run onsite program logistics such as venue booking, room setup, AV coordination, catering, inventory, and materials distribution across multiple locations.
  • Collaborate with facilitators to anticipate and fulfill their delivery needs, ensuring a high-quality participant experience.
  • Partner with operations and resource management teams to ensure seamless end-to-end program execution.
  • Support the execution of the Global Learn Ambassador Program by coordinating onsite learning production activities, collaborating with cross‑functional partners (including site Facilities points of contact), and ensuring proactive communication with the Global Learning Production team to deliver exceptional onsite learning experiences.
  • Build and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including IT, site operations, vendors, and local ambassadors.
  • Proactively identify and resolve risks or issues to ensure program continuity, escalating as necessary.
  • Support process improvement initiatives by collecting feedback and implementing solutions to simplify delivery and enhance quality.
  • Maintain accurate records of delivery activities, performance metrics, and participant feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Leverage artificial intelligence (AI) to enhance daily work, streamline processes, and identify innovative ways to optimize performance for the future of work.
  • Create value through every deliverable by driving substantial impact, efficiency, and measurable outcomes that advance Johnson & Johnson’s business objectives.
  • Support learners and facilitators by coordinating accurate and complete session details, enable a smooth registration process, and monitoring of enrollment data.
  • Surface risks that may impact the operations, vendors, and learners’ experience.
  • Ad-hoc responsibilities as would be assigned
  • Participate in team- and organization-wide extracurricular activities in support of people, skills, and personal development.

Qualifications

Education:

  • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required
  • A minimum of two (2) years of experience in event management, learning or HR operations is required.

Experience and Skills:

Required:

  • Junior to mid-level experience in program delivery, event production, or virtual/onsite learning support
  • Deep knowledge of virtual platforms (Zoom, Teams) including breakout rooms, polls, and slide sharing
  • Experience in managing on-site event logistics and knowledge in participant experience standard methodologies
  • Vendor and internal stakeholder coordination skills
  • Proactive, resilient, and problem-solving mentality
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage competing demands
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing program requirements
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to challenge and deliver great customer service and strong partnerships

Preferred experience in:

  • Human Resources, Learning & Development, Education
  • Related industry experience in Event Planning & Management, Learning & Development

Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Virtual session management (Zoom, Teams)
  • On-site event production and participant experience
  • Materials and logistical coordination
  • Stakeholder and vendor management
  • Quality assurance and attention to detail
  • Problem-solving, resilience, and proactive issue resolution
  • Adaptability and agility in changing environments
  • Navigation of Collaborative Apps such as, but not limited to Padlet, Slido, or Mentimeter

Other:

  • Advance English is needed
  • 5% travel percentage
  • Scrum or Agile methodologies is preferred
