An opportunity has become available for a Product Manager to join our EMEA team on a Full Time Permanent basis. We take pride in our company culture and team spirit focusing on support, growth and development.
Responsibilities
Portfolio Strategy & Management
- Own and manage Mentor portfolio line items/ brand strategy, ensuring alignment with customer needs, market dynamics, regulatory requirements, and EMEA priorities.
- Gather internal and external customer insights to shape portfolio priorities, identify gaps, and support evidence-based decision-making.
- Monitor portfolio performance through analytics, dashboards, and market intelligence to identify growth opportunities, risks, and corrective actions.
- Develop clear portfolio recommendations, including positioning, prioritization, and investment choices, in close connection with the global Marketing Team.
- Develop and manage marketing toolkits and claims for Mentor portfolio line items/ brands and associated topics (e.g. competitor rebuttals) in line with portfolio strategy.
Innovation Launch & Global Marketing Collaboration
- Lead the development of the EMEA innovation launch strategy in local markets, ensuring clear alignment with global launch strategy, EMEA priorities, and local market needs.
- Work closely with the Global Marketing Team to provide local market input, support launch planning, and adapt global messaging and materials for implementation.
- Coordinate cross-functional launch activities, including market preparation, claims and materials review, stakeholder communication, and post-launch tracking.
- Ensure innovation launches are supported by clear positioning, compliant promotional assets, and practical tools for internal and external stakeholders.
Lifecycle Project Management & Compliance
- Manage lifecycle projects across the portfolio, including product updates, portfolio rationalization, discontinuations, packaging or labelling changes, and other lifecycle activities.
- Partner with Global Marketing, EMEA Marketing, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Medical Education, and other functions to ensure lifecycle projects are well planned, communicated, and executed.
- Ensure all portfolio, launch, and lifecycle activities follow Johnson & Johnson guidelines, regulatory requirements, and promotional standards.
- Ensure portfolio marketing toolkits and claims are renewed / maintain EMEA approval in line with portfolio strategy, partnering with Global Marketing, EMEA Marketing, Regulatory and Medical/ Clinical teams.
Insights, Forecasting & Portfolio Planning
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, competitor activity, and portfolio performance to inform short- and long-term planning.
- Support demand planning and forecasting by providing portfolio assumptions, launch expectations, and lifecycle project inputs to relevant business partners.
- Deliver clear market intelligence and actionable insights to internal stakeholders to support portfolio, launch, and lifecycle decisions.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and relevant external stakeholders to understand market needs and inform portfolio priorities.
- Foster strong internal partnerships across local, EMEA, and Global teams to support strategic initiatives and ensure effective execution of portfolio, launch, and lifecycle projects.
Leadership & Culture
- Promote a value-based, data-driven mindset within the team to support informed decision-making.

About You
- Demonstrated experience in Medical Devices, with a preference for those with a background in Aesthetics and Reconstruction is preferred.
