SECTION 1: JOB POSITION SUMMARY
- Strictly follow Johnson & Johnson's EHS policy, implement job safety responsibilities required by the "Work Safety Law" and related regulations, comply with the unit's safety production rules and operating procedures, correctly wear and use labor protection equipment, receive safety production education and training, continuously improve EHS workflows, and report and eliminate potential hazards.
- As technical experts and system leaders, ensure that equipment or systems within FM responsibilities, such as air conditioning and HVAC systems, operate energy-efficient, and stable, and provide technical support and audit results accountable.
- Conduct systematic analysis and evaluation of the above systems, manage changes and nonconformities related to each system, manage CAPA, update drawings, and optimize programs; And ensure that systems and processes comply with GMP and EH&S requirements.
- In accordance with EHS and GMP regulations, as well as the procedural requirements of Johnson & Johnson and the factory, we carry out corresponding safety management responsibilities, carry out verification activities, and provide project management support.
SECTION 2: EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION
- Full-time bachelor's degree or above in HVAC, chemical engineering, pharmaceutical engineering, or related fields;
- Experience in designing, installing, and commissioning clean utility systems, or experience in operation, maintenance, and operation of GMP factory air conditioning systems and other clean utility systems
- Able to communicate and read in English, and fluent in spoken English
SECTION 3: REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES AND AFFILIATIONS
- Proficient in using Office software and AutoCAD software
- Proficient in using data analysis and quality analysis tools
- They have a strong desire to learn and improve, and are able to continuously learn and improve themselves
- Possess good logical thinking and communication skills
- Possess strong safety awareness and GMP compliance awareness
- Possess good self-discipline and learning ability
