We are looking for an Operations Supervisor to lead and support a team within the Operations unit. This is an onsite role that operates within a 24/7 shift environment, covering morning, evening, and night shift schedules. In this role, you will coordinate day-to-day activities, ensure achievement of production targets, maintain compliance with company policies and GMP standards, and contribute to a safe, efficient, and continuously improving work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop individual contributors while supporting effective performance management and team engagement.
  • Coordinate operational workflows, staffing, training, and daily priorities to ensure production targets and team objectives are met.
  • Promote a safe working environment and take timely action when improvements or risk mitigations are required.
  • Ensure compliance with Johnson & Johnson’s Credo, CEO behaviors, Code of Business Conduct, company policies, SOPs, GMP requirements, and applicable laws and regulations.
  • Drive a LEAN culture by supporting root cause problem solving, Tier 1 management, Gemba walks, standardized work checks, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Monitor shopfloor performance, identify potential issues early, escalate concerns where needed, and document day-to-day activities to support reliable business results.
  • Foster an inclusive and motivating team environment by recognizing achievements, supporting professional development, and promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Minimum Qualifications

  • HBO-level degree and thinking level.
  • Required language proficiency: Dutch A2 and English B2.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic data analysis skills.
  • Ability to work according to a shift roster.
  • Positive, professional, and composed leadership style, including the ability to lead through change and maintain team morale.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is:

€53.500,00 - €85.445,00

In addition to base pay, we offer the following benefits*: an annual bonus with set target (% of pay) depending on pay grade / location, where the actual amount is based on the employees’ and companies’ performance of the previous calendar year, or sales commissions.
