Job Description:

Insight Generation Lead – North Asia (AI & Analytics)

Role Overview

The North Asia Insight Generation Lead will drive end-to-end delivery of AI-powered insights across North Asia markets. This role combines advanced analytics, stakeholder engagement, and regional leadership to translate complex data into actionable commercial strategies.

You will play a key role in scaling AI-enabled Insights in Investment and resourcing, Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE), Brand Competitiveness, and advancing the organization’s insight generation capabilities across APAC.

Key Responsibilities

1. Insight Delivery & Execution

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of insight generation initiatives across North Asia (Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong) markets
  • Own high-priority projects such as resource optimization, advanced analytics in Segmentation & Targeting
  • Translate business problems into advanced analytics solutions and actionable recommendations

2. AI-Driven Capability Development

  • Drive adoption of AI-powered insight generation frameworks and business recommendation
  • Build scalable analytics solutions to improve efficiency and decision speed
  • Identify and prioritize high-impact use cases across SFE and commercial domains

3. Regional Leadership & Collaboration

  • Act as the primary point of contact for North Asia stakeholders
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (CE, BU, IT, regional and local teams)
  • Ensure alignment between local market needs and regional strategy

4. Stakeholder Engagement

  • Communicate insights clearly to senior stakeholders to drive decision and actions
  • Influence decision-making through methodology design, data storytelling and business impact articulation
  • Build strong relationships to sustain long-term engagement

Qualifications

Required

  • 5–8+ years of experience in analytics, data science, or commercial insights
  • Strong experience in pharma/healthcare or related industries
  • Proven track record delivering SFE or commercial analytics solutions
  • Hands-on experience with data science / AI methods (e.g., ML, optimization, predictive analytics)
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Preferred

  • Korean language proficiency is highly preferred
  • Experience in North Asia markets and TA knowledge (Oncology, Immunology)
  • Familiarity with GenAI / automation-driven analytics workflows
  • Experience leading regional or cross-market initiatives

  • Enable scalable, high-value insight generation across markets
