DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a(n) Analyst, Content Management, located in Manila, Philippines.
The Analyst, Content Management supports the creation, organization, and optimization of HR digital content to deliver a seamless, engaging employee experience. This role plays a key part in ensuring HR information is accessible, accurate, and aligned with company standards. It offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to digital transformation initiatives, collaborate with global teams, and develop expertise in content strategy, employee communications, and digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, publish, and maintain HR content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with organizational standards
Organize and structure content in a user-friendly manner to enhance employee experience and accessibility
Coordinate with HR stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather and integrate content from multiple sources
Support content lifecycle management, including creation, review, updates, and archiving
Analyze user needs and engagement to ensure content resonates with target audiences
Track and report on content performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement
Ensure all content complies with brand, quality, and governance standards
Assist in developing processes and documentation to support efficient content management workflows
Collaborate with internal and external contributors to support content development and delivery
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field required
Master’s degree (e.g., MA/MBA) preferred
Experience and Skills:
Required:
2–4 years of relevant experience in content management, HR operations, communications, or related fields
Basic understanding of digital content creation, organization, and lifecycle management
High attention to detail and ability to maintain content accuracy and consistency
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret engagement data and identify improvement opportunities
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver work under guidance in a structured environment
Preferred:
Experience with content management systems (CMS) or HR platforms
Exposure to HR shared services or employee communications environments
Familiarity with digital analytics or reporting tools
Understanding of UX principles, content standards, and branding
Experience supporting global or regional teams
Knowledge of process documentation and workflow tools
Interest in employee experience and digital engagement initiatives
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong collaboration skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders
Other:
Language: Proficiency in English required
Travel: Minimal travel required
Certifications: Certifications in content management, communications, or HR are preferred
