    • Drive a use-case-centric evaluation of data sets and methodologies to continuously improve predictive capabilities

    • Prove impact with rigor - establish the measurement framework, define leading and lagging indicators, and run A/B tests to quantify what's working

    • Hands-on practitioner of AI tools (e.g., Claude Code, Copilot Studio) in daily workflows, with concrete examples of measurable gains in delivery speed, output quality, or personal productivity

    • Working knowledge of predictive analytics and ML techniques (supervised, unsupervised, deep learning) and their real-world applications (preferred)

    • Track record of driving field adoption - moving AI solutions beyond pilots to sustained, embedded usage by commercialization teams

    • Proven influence with senior stakeholders, building alignment across functions without direct authority
