The EMEA Business Compliance Team was created to deliver beyond the gold standard, compliant, experiential education journeys. We strive to deliver customer centric process excellence and experiential market leading educational events for the EMEA region. We collaborate with the Global team, IT, HCC, Legal, the regional teams and the local countries to drive innovation and process excellence in this area.

The integral area of serving the needs of the business by maintaining an effective and transparent compliance program is a varied, client facing role which includes taking responsibility and ownership of business activity.

We are recruiting for a Business Compliance Specialist for our Johnson & Johnson business based in EMEA.


Role Overview:

The Business Compliance Specialist supports the integration of new companies, provides guidance and approvals for EMEA activities in line with the HCC program, and ensures all business activities are compliant and properly documented before events occur. This role also delivers ad hoc training, supports process changes, and assists with testing, monitoring, and auditing of compliance programs.

This position reports into the Business Compliance Lead EMEA MedTech Regional Offices.


Key Responsibilities

- Support Integration: Guide and support the integration of new companies into the business, ensuring compliance with the HCC program.

- Business Request Validation: Review, process, and approve business requests, including interactions and sponsorships, escalating issues as needed.

- Contract Management: Draft, validate, and submit contracts using approved templates; ensure contracts are justified and aligned with business strategy.

- Payment Oversight: Liaise with HCPs on contractual and payment matters, ensuring appropriate documentation and evidence of service for payments.

- Training & Guidance: Deliver training on HCC Life, business processes, and regulatory changes; provide technical support to team members.

- Monitoring & Auditing: Support testing, monitoring, and auditing of the HCC program, implementing corrective actions as needed.

- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the key contact for event compliance, contracts, and payments; maintain auditable records for all process stages.

- Collaboration: Maintain full knowledge of franchise needs, partner with the Global/Regional Operations team and collaborate with Legal and Privacy regarding HCC and Privacy requirements and interpretation.



Skills & Qualifications

- Attention to detail; contracting and audit experience (legal preferred).

- Strong IT, organizational, and prioritisation skills.

- Proactive, flexible, and self-motivated team player.

- Leadership and decision-making abilities.



Education and Experience

Educated to Higher Education or equivalent calibre – desirable;

Evidence of cross-sector and/or cross functional experience;

Customer service experience;

2-3 year’s Health Care Industry Experience – desirable;

Languages – desirable.

Willing to travel within EMEA when necessary

The anticipated pay range for this position, in the primary posting location, is:

zł121,000.00 - zł194,350.00

The anticipated pay ranges for additional locations are:

Poland- The anticipated base pay range for this position is 121,000-169,500 PLN
