The Senior Pricing Analyst will drive pricing insights and recommendations for an assigned business across 2–3 countries. The role will support profitable growth through pricing analytics, financial modelling, pricing governance, and process automation.

This is a hands-on role requiring the ability to independently manage projects, translate complex data into clear commercial recommendations, and coordinate stakeholders across countries without formal authority.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

1. Pricing Analytics and Insights

  • Analyze pricing performance, profitability, discounts, customer purchasing patterns, and market trends.
  • Develop dashboards and reports that improve pricing visibility and commercial decision-making.
  • Monitor key pricing measures and identify risks, opportunities, and corrective actions.
  • Translate complex analysis into clear, actionable recommendations for business stakeholders.

2. Pricing Strategy and Decision Support

  • Develop recommendations for list-price changes, customer discounts, customer agreements, pricing exceptions, and portfolio pricing decisions.
  • Build financial models and business cases to assess the revenue and profitability impact of pricing decisions.
  • Support new-product pricing through product-cost analysis, competitive benchmarking, and value-based pricing approaches.
  • Evaluate customer deals and, when required, tender opportunities.

3. Pricing Governance and Execution

  • Coordinate pricing reviews and approvals across assigned countries.
  • Ensure pricing proposals and decisions comply with applicable policies, approval requirements, and governance standards.
  • Maintain appropriate pricing documentation and support the implementation of approved decisions.
  • Partner with Sales, Finance, Strategic Accounts, local teams, and regional pricing leadership to strengthen pricing discipline.

4. Tools, Automation and Project Leadership

  • Develop and improve pricing models, dashboards, reporting tools, and automated analytical solutions.
  • Simplify pricing processes, reduce manual work, and improve the speed and quality of pricing decisions.
  • Lead assigned pricing projects and coordinate activities with local teams without formal authority.
  • Support the adoption of pricing tools, processes, and best practices through training and knowledge sharing.

Required Qualifications

General Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 4–5 years of relevant experience in pricing, commercial finance, revenue management, or business analytics.
  • Experience supporting pricing, profitability, discount, or other commercial decisions.
  • Strong commercial judgment and the ability to translate analysis into practical recommendations.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex analysis to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to independently manage projects and influence stakeholders across countries without formal authority.
  • Experience working in a complex, cross-functional, and matrixed organization.
  • Willingness to remain hands-on with analysis, modelling, reporting, and execution.

Technical Qualifications

  • Advanced Excel and strong financial-modelling skills.
  • Experience with pricing, profitability, discount, and scenario analysis.
  • Proficiency in Power Query and experience automating recurring analytical or reporting processes.
  • Strong data-visualization skills, including the development of dashboards and management reports.
  • Experience working with pricing systems and large commercial datasets.
  • Working knowledge of SQL or other data-querying tools.
  • Ability to develop and maintain robust pricing models, analytical tools, and automated solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Direct pricing experience. Candidates with strong commercial finance or analytics experience and relevant pricing exposure may also be considered.
  • Experience with list pricing, customer discounts, customer agreements, and pricing exceptions.
  • Experience with new-product pricing, product costing, competitive analysis, or value-based pricing.
  • Experience strengthening pricing governance and approval processes.
  • Exposure to tender pricing, Strategic Accounts, or Market Access.
  • Experience in healthcare, medical technology, or another complex or regulated industry.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is:

zł121,000.00 - zł194,350.00
