Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end planning activities (supply, inventory, etc.) for a product group within our Ultrasound business.
- Lead planning and coordination needed for early supply chain set-up and launch activities.
- Represent Supply Chain Planning in project teams to ensure that the demand, supply, and capacity plans are included in our standard planning processes.
- Ensure data integrity related to planning and manufacturing in systems that include but are not limited to ERP and master data management systems.
- Conduct and lead detailed data analysis to support IBP / S&OP and other related forums.
- Build and apply in-depth analytical tools to support issue resolution, decision making, and execution oversight.
- Identify and understand potential business risks and service disruptions. Develop scenarios with detailed assumptions and present to leadership in logical, concise format for decision making.
- Identify and implement recommendations for planning process improvements which can address systems, processes, and data, etc.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree is required. A focus degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Logistics, or Operations is preferred. A Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
- A minimum of 3- 5 years supply chain, operations, finance, and/or marketing experience is required.
- Previous experience in demand planning, supply planning, S&OP, materials management, procurement, and/or new product introductions is required.
- Experience in the medical device industry is preferred.
- High proficiency and sophisticated use of Microsoft Excel is required.
- Proven experience using data and analytics to influence decisions is required.
- MRP, APS, and/or ERP systems experience is required.
- Experience in scenario planning is preferred.
- Understanding planning system functionality, planning parameters, data integrity, net requirement inputs, and integration into S&OP and supply chain processes is preferred.
- Manugistics, JDE and/or SAP, Microsoft Access and/or SQL proficiency experience is preferred.
- Six Sigma, LEAN Green Belt, or APICS certification preferred.
- This position may require 5% travel.

$79,000.00 - $127,650.00Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s long-term incentive program.
Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire, employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:
Vacation –120 hours per calendar year
Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Colorado –48 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington –56 hours per calendar year
Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays –13 days per calendar year
Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
Parental Leave – 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child
Bereavement Leave – 240 hours for an immediate family member: 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year
Caregiver Leave – 80 hours in a 52-week rolling period10 days
