Experience and skills

  • PhD, postdoctoral, or equivalent by research and development experience in organic chemistry, biochemistry, biology or related field.
  • Demonstrated expertise in enzyme-based conjugation technologies and site-specific protein modification.
  • Strong understanding of ADC design principles, including antibodies, linkers, payloads, and conjugation strategies.
  • Experience with protein characterization and related analytical techniques such as LC-MS, HPLC, SEC, peptide mapping, or related methods.
  • Proficient in enzyme screening and engineering technologies for discovery and optimization of bioconjugation reactions.
  • Ability to develop internal and external network of contacts and collaborators across functions, sites, and scientific disciplines.
  • Proven track record of scientific excellence and successful research supported by peer-reviewed publications.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, fluent in English both verbal and in writing.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is:

€75,500.00 - €117,300.00

In addition to base pay, we offer the following benefits*: an annual bonus with set target (% of pay) depending on pay grade / location, where the actual amount is based on the employees’ and companies’ performance of the previous calendar year, or sales commissions.
