We are searching for the best talent for ATSC Patient Experience & Delivery Co-Op to be in Raritan, NJ.

  • The Co-op term is from January to July, 2027.
  • Full time requirement (40 hours per week).

You will be responsible:

Our University Co-Op hires play an important role in enhancing our business. When you join our family, you will work on projects that improve your leadership, analytical, and project management skills. Cross-functional teamwork provides an opportunity to partner with a variety of people in the organization across all our sectors; Pharmaceutical, Medical Device and Corporate/Enterprise. We offer an interactive team environment, where your capabilities and skills will be developed to build a strong career foundation.

Analysis / Insights:

  • Provide technical data support (Analysis, Dashboarding etc.) to our broader Operations, Logistics & V2V Teams
  • Collect, clean, and organize large datasets from various sources
  • Assist in analyzing data to identify trends, patterns, and insights (logistics)
  • Create visualizations and dashboards using tools like Excel, Tableau, or Power BI
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver solutions

Portfolio Management:

  • Support Evolving ATSC Portfolio of new Digital initiatives aimed at solving business problems
  • Manage intake & governance of new initiatives
  • Partner w/ KOLs to assess & prioritize current/future opportunities globally
  • Engage internal teams (IT, V2V, APH Ops) to conduct stakeholder interviews & align recommendations

Project Management:

  • Participate in the shaping & execution Projects & Programs in support of Advanced Therapies SC
  • Serve as ATSC “Data” Lead on approved projects
  • Maintain project schedules, track progress, and update documentation.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take notes/minutes.

Qualifications / Requirements:

  • Completion of Undergraduate Freshman year at an accredited University is required.
  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master´s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Computer/ Software / Systems Engineering / Data Science, Materials Sciences, Packaging Sciences, Accounting / Economics / Finance, Business (Management, Marketing, etc.), Math (Statistics, etc.), or related fields.
  • Have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher, which is reflective of all college coursework.
  • You must not have any Summer Internship contract or other employment commitment that could interfere with the contract dates specified for this position.
  • Ability to demonstrate strong analytical and quantitative skills is required.
  • Excellent communication, presentation skills and leadership skills are preferred.
  • Ability to balance multiple projects and initiatives while executing results.
  • Must be a self-starter who works independently while contributing to the team goals.
  • Proven leadership/participation with campus programs and/or community service activities is desired.
  • General understanding of Microsoft products including Excel and Power BI / Tableau as a plus / ability to influence business partners / communication skills.

Students currently on CPT, OPT, or STEM OPT usually requires future sponsorship for long term employment and do not meet the requirements for this program unless eligible for an alternative long-term status that does not require company sponsorship.

Pay Transparency:

The expected pay range for this position is between $23.50 per hour and $52.50 per hour but will be based on candidate's program year, discipline, degree and/or experience. Co-Ops/Interns are eligible to participate in Company sponsored employee medical benefits in accordance with the terms of the plan. Co-Ops and Interns are eligible for the following sick time benefits: up to 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington, up to 56 hours per calendar year. Co-Ops and Interns are eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension).
