We are looking for a proactive, customer-oriented professional to support business growth through customer engagement, opportunity generation and execution of commercial initiatives.
The successful candidate will work closely with Marketing & Sales, helping identify opportunities, generate insights and drive execution of key business priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage customers through remote interactions and omnichannel campaigns.
- Generate, qualify and follow up commercial opportunities.
- Support execution of customer engagement and business initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with Sales & Marketing teams.
- Maintain accurate customer and activity tracking.
- Contribute to business reviews, reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
Education
- University degree or equivalent experience.
Experience
- Previous experience in customer-facing, commercial, marketing or business support roles is valued.
