The JJMT Transformation function is responsible for designing and realizing the future-state supply chain network for Johnson & Johnson MedTech. This function includes oversight of consolidation and rationalization actions for the global distribution network, a strategic shift toward an asset-light model, and the build-out of new, future-looking logistics capabilities including partner management, network design, systems strategy, and defining the transition standards required to sustain performance in the future state. The team operates centrally, working in close partnership with regional Deliver teams across EMEA, APAC, LATAM, and North America.
PURPOSE OF POSITION
As part of the Logistics Partner Management pillar within the Transformation function, this role supports analytics, reporting, and operational tracking activities related to 3PL partner management across the global distribution network.
The position is responsible for supporting data analysis, KPI tracking, reporting development, and operational insights generation to enable visibility into partner performance, operational execution, and adherence to defined standards and expectations. This includes supporting governance processes through preparation of analytics, tracking partner-related metrics, and identifying trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities across the logistics partner network.
The role works closely with regional teams and cross-functional stakeholders to support data-driven decision-making, operational transparency, and continuous improvement within the asset-light operating model.
RESPONSIBILITIES / PRINCIPAL DUTIES (Essential Functions)
- Support development and maintenance of reporting, dashboards, and analytics related to 3PL partner operations and performance
- Collect, consolidate, validate, and analyze operational and performance data from regional teams and logistics partners
- Track KPIs and operational metrics related to service, operational execution, governance, and partner adherence to defined expectations
- Support governance forums through preparation of reporting materials, analytical insights, and performance summaries
- Identify trends, risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities through analysis of operational and partner-related data
- Maintain standardized reporting templates, tracking files, and data repositories supporting partner management activities
- Support issue tracking and follow-up activities, ensuring visibility into action items, risks, and operational escalations
- Collaborate with regional teams and stakeholders to ensure consistency and accuracy of operational and performance reporting
- Support continuous improvement initiatives through analysis of operational performance trends and process effectiveness
- Assist in documentation and standardization of reporting methodologies, KPI definitions, and analytical frameworks
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Education and/or additional training:
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required
- A Master's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
Experience and functional competencies:
- Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, analytics, reporting, or operations support roles
- Experience working with operational data, KPI reporting, dashboards, or performance tracking
- Exposure to warehouse, transportation, or 3PL-managed logistics environments is preferred
- Strong analytical skills, including ability to interpret operational data and generate actionable insights
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint required; familiarity with reporting or visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage and validate large datasets
- Ability to work in a global, matrix organization with strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience supporting governance processes, reporting cadences, or operational reviews is preferred
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with ability to support multiple priorities simultaneously
