Overall purpose of job:
The Processing Services Analyst will support the effective, timely, and compliant execution of procurement, contract management, purchase requisition and purchase order (PR/PO), and payment-related processes within Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine Türkiye. The role partners with cross-functional stakeholders across Finance, Procurement, Compliance, and the business to ensure operational excellence, process efficiency, and compliance with company policies and procedures. The successful candidate will also take ownership of Processing Services channels such as corporate credit card, mobile/data lines, and employee expenses, contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, and support the smooth execution of day-to-day business operations.
Job Description:
- Support end-to-end procurement, purchasing, and payment processes.
- Create, update, and maintain contract records and related documentation.
- Provide ICD contract support and guidance to business stakeholders.
- Create and update account definitions and related master data in APEX and connected systems.
- Monitor and follow up on Purchase Requisitions (PRs), Purchase Orders (POs), Goods Receipts (GRs), and invoice processing activities.
- Manage open PO transactions, payment tracking, invoice-PO mismatches, and RFI responses, escalating unresolved items to the appropriate owner.
- Process e-invoice portal transactions, including refunds, cancellations, and mismatched document handling, within statutory deadlines.
- Prepare operational reports, dashboards, and basic trend analyses to support business decision-making.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Finance, Procurement, Compliance, and Business teams to ensure efficient process execution.
- Respond to operational inquiries and provide guidance on process-related activities.
- Deliver recurring cycle-based operational support activities, including monthly aCrew support.
- Ensure adherence to Johnson & Johnson policies, procedures, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
- Support audits and documentation reviews as required.
- Identify opportunities for process simplification and operational efficiency.
- Own Processing Services channels end-to-end, acting as key contact for related systems and providers.
- Share ownership of the Processing Services portfolio with the counterpart analyst, with responsibilities allocated in full or in part according to the operating structure and business needs.
- Contribute to a culture aligned with Johnson & Johnson Credo and Leadership Imperatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in procurement, operations, finance operations, shared services, or process management is preferred.
- Good command of English & Turkish, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Team-oriented, proactive, and results-driven mindset.
- Experience with SAP and/or ERP systems is preferred.
- Knowledge of procurement and contract management processes is an advantage.
- Experience in reporting and data analysis is preferred.
