Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopaedics business to establish a standalone orthopaedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes. Purpose: We are seeking a Professional Education Specialist to implement and support our medical education initiatives across the Southern Cone region. This role entails developing educational strategies tailored to healthcare professionals, ensuring the effective and safe use of Johnson & Johnson products, and improving surgical techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement the company's education plan for all franchise specialties and platforms, addressing the training needs of healthcare professionals.
Deliver both theoretical and practical education and clinical support to Healthcare Professionals regarding our product portfolio.
Collaborate with marketing and Edtech teams to align educational strategies with franchise objectives and upcoming product launches.
Work with other departments and centers of excellence to improve the develop and implementation of the education plan.
Build memorable learning experiences for program participants and faculty, ensuring educational goals are met.
Champion relationships with key opinion leaders who contribute as faculty in the Johnson & Johnson Institute professional education program.
Be responsible for the assigned professional education budget, leading all aspects of planning, monitoring, and reporting.
Consolidate financial and non-financial data, analyze trends, and propose recommendations, representing the Professional Education team within the franchise.
Be responsible for the management of training environments including Innovation Rooms and Simulation Centers.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Economic Sciences, Administration, or Health-related fields; postgraduate education is desirable.
2 years of professional experience, with a minimum of 1 years in training or commercial representation in MedTech encouraging relationships with healthcare professionals.
Strong organizational and coordination skills for leading activities targeting specialized clinical audiences.
Availability for travel within and outside the country (up to 25%).
Comfortable engaging with healthcare professionals in clinical settings, including operating rooms and training laboratories.
- Advanced proficiency in English is required.
