Summary and Scope:

The Product Specialist Representative is responsible for driving the commercial performance of the Immunology portfolio across the assigned territory from Hue to Nghe An. Based in Hue and reporting to the Business Manager, North Territory, the role develops trusted partnerships with healthcare professionals and priority accounts, delivers approved product and scientific information, executes territory and account plans, and generates actionable market insights. The role contributes to improved patient access and business growth while conducting all activities in accordance with company policies, industry codes, and applicable regulatory and ethical standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve territory performance, market share, patient, and account objectives for the Immunology portfolio. Achieve territory performance, market share, patient, and account objectives for the Immunology portfolio.

  • Develop and execute prioritized territory and account plans for key hospitals and healthcare networks from Hue to Nghe An

  • Build trusted partnerships with healthcare professionals and decision-makers, delivering high-quality, needs-based and compliant product and scientific engagement.

  • Maintain strong knowledge of Immunology disease areas, clinical evidence, treatment pathways, patient journeys, access conditions, and competitors

  • Execute approved brand, market development, and omnichannel initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional partners to support patient access and business growth.

  • Provide timely business updates and forecasts, travel regularly across the assigned territory, and conduct all activities in full compliance with company policies and applicable standards

  • Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Medicine.

    • Minimum 1–2 years of pharmaceutical sales experience; experience in Immunology, biologics, specialty care, hospital products, or a related therapeutic area is preferred.

    • Demonstrated ability to achieve business objectives, develop healthcare professional and key-account relationships, and execute effective territory plans.

    • Strong product detailing, scientific presentation, communication, negotiation, problem-solving, collaboration, and digital skills

    • Based in Hue and able to work independently and travel regularly throughout the Hue–Nghe An territory

    • Vietnamese proficiency is required and English is an advantage
