You will join a dynamic environment where motivation, passion, innovation and collaboration are key drivers of success. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities to improve patient outcomes, maximize business opportunities, create customer value and build strong partnerships by engaging key stakeholders across the healthcare ecosystem.

You will leverage your experience to drive our portfolio through impactful customer engagements, help develop tactical plans and projects, and lead their implementation together with a cross-functional team. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to transforming lung cancer care in Denmark while continuing to grow both professionally and personally within a leading healthcare company.

The position is field-based, with the office located in Copenhagen, and you will report to the Business Unit Lead for Oncology in Denmark.

• Demonstrate a strong business mindset, a growth ambition and a passion for improving patient outcomes.

• Develop and execute account plans based on in-depth customer, market and healthcare system insights, as well as identified customer needs.

• Initiate and lead customer projects that create value for healthcare systems, healthcare professionals and patients.

• Handle assigned budgets to effectively execute tactical and account plans.

• Partner closely with cross-functional colleagues to shape tactics, strategy and customer engagement activities.

• Secure deep account insights, including competitor intelligence, and leverage available analytical tools to translate insights into action.

• Ensure a solid understanding of local, regional and national funding decisions, including Medicinrådet recommendations and guideline implementation processes.

• Champion a patient-centric approach in all customer interactions and activities, with a clear focus on helping more patients benefit from innovative lung cancer treatments.

What You Will Need to Succeed

You continuously strive to improve and innovate while keeping patient needs at the center of everything you do. You combine a strong commercial mindset with a genuine passion for improving outcomes for patients living with lung cancer.

You are a collaborative team player who can engage and influence both internal and external stakeholders, gather and translate insights into meaningful actions, and proactively drive initiatives forward. You understand challenger communication and use it to become a trusted partner who can create value and inspire change.

You excel in stakeholder engagement, presentation and selling skills, and you are motivated by operating in a highly competitive environment where success is measured not only by business performance, but by the impact you create for patients and the healthcare system. You are comfortable leveraging omnichannel engagement and digital tools to tailor communication and customer interactions.

Most importantly, you are energized by the opportunity to make a difference. You understand that improving patient access and ensuring that the right patients receive the right treatment at the right time are key drivers of success in modern oncology.
