Job Description:

Supervisor, A&D Integration


Are you passionate about leading transformational finance initiatives? Join our FSI Acquisition & Divestiture team and help shape how newly acquired businesses are integrated into Johnson & Johnson's global operating model.

In this role, you will lead end-to-end finance integration activities, including due diligence, operational readiness, testing, cutover, go-live, and stabilization. You will collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams worldwide while driving operational excellence, compliance, and process harmonization. Responsabilities & Accountabilities


  • Lead A&D Integration accounting workstreams across due diligence, operational readiness, knowledge transfer, cutover, go-live, stabilization and transition to steady-state teams.​
  • Coordinate integration plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, decisions and action tracking across GS Finance, BUF, Compliance, Technology and project teams.​
  • Assess acquired-company processes and convert activities into compliant, standardized J&J finance processes, including controls, documentation and operating-model requirements.​
  • Lead financial due diligence follow-up and remediation of accounting, balance-sheet, compliance and process observations identified during integrations.​
  • Oversee month-end and quarter-end close readiness for integrated entities, including journal entries, balance-sheet reconciliations, flux analysis, reporting and audit support.​
  • Drive business simulations, testing, cutover and go-live readiness; ensure issues are documented, prioritized, escalated and resolved before key milestones.​
  • Plan and govern knowledge-transfer, shadowing and reverse-shadowing activities, ensuring complete documentation and operational ownership.​
  • Support TSA design and execution, monitor service commitments, and coordinate TSA exit, including deal accounting, BS and P&L review and post-exit actions.​
  • Lead stakeholder governance and provide concise status updates on progress, risks, decisions, resource needs and leadership asks.​
  • Manage, coach and develop team members; set priorities, balance workload and provide leadership through complex projects and transitions.​
  • Promote automation, standardization and continuous improvement across integration and accounting processes.​
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and support audit requests with timely, accurate evidence.​

Qualifications / Skills / Experience​


  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field​
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive Finance or Accounting experience, including people or project leadership​
  • Strong General Accounting knowledge and understanding of P&L, Balance Sheet, close, reconciliations and internal controls​
  • Experience in acquisitions, integrations, divestitures, TSA or finance transformation preferred​
  • Ability to lead cross-functional and global initiatives, manage ambiguity and drive decisions under tight timelines​
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication and executive-presentation skills​
  • Organized, action-oriented and able to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines​
  • Advanced English; additional languages are an advantage​
  • Proficiency in MS Office; experience with SAP/JDE, BlackLine, Power BI, Alteryx or similar tools preferred​
