Job Description:

Are you ready to take your financial career to the global stage and make a meaningful impact in the pharmaceutical industry? IMPO is seeking an Financial Analyst (fixed term contract) to join our diverse and dynamic team. You will play a pivotal role in delivering financial excellence and innovation as part of our IMPO Competency Center.

• Financial Operations: Perform a wide range of accounting and financial operations for one or more processes in scope for the whole IMPO organization in the areas of Intercompany, Procure-to-Pay (e.g. manual payments), General Ledger & Reporting (e.g. downpayment, accounts monitoring and clearing, cash application), Systems administration (e.g. TB proof, JE verification, BL annual attestation), and more, ensuring compliance with finance accounting policies and internal controls at all time. Support internal/external audit cycles.

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate closely and develop interactions with key stakeholders, both locally (e.g. local IMPO teams, tax, other IMPO COE’s) and globally (e.g. Global Services, Supply Chain, Treasury, Corporate), to ensure smooth operations and adherence to established service models.

• Process Optimization and continuous improvements: Demonstrate a mindset for continuous improvement, identifying opportunities for standardization, efficiencies and automation. Contribute to the design and deployment of new and improved processes, leveraging specialized resources and IMPO PMO & Digital teams.

• Subject Matter Expertise: Engage in key IMPO and Global Finance projects, such as ERP and digitalization tools deployment, bringing a strategic and operational perspective within the Competency Center's scope. Develop as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for assigned processes, ensuring alignment with stakeholders, robust process documentation, and efficient end-to-end activities.

Qualifications:

• Commercial degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent. Bachelor's degree is a plus.

• Business fluency in English (oral & written)

• Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a regional and virtual work environment.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, a team player mentality, and a collaborative working style.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is:

€44,300.00 - €70,610.00

In addition to base pay, we offer the following benefits*: an annual bonus with set target (% of pay) depending on pay grade / location, where the actual amount is based on the employees’ and companies’ performance of the previous calendar year, or sales commissions.
