As a Global Trial Associate (GTA), you will rapidly acquire valuable knowledge and insights into pharmaceutical development, GCO standard operating procedures, and regulatory requirements. Throughout the program, you will be closely mentored by Local Trial Managers and Site Managers, who will guide you in supporting critical trial management activities, including start-up, execution, and closing phases, while ensuring patient safety in clinical trials.

The program
Embark on an exciting journey to enhance your career in clinical research with the Global Clinical Operations Leadership Development Program (GCO LDP). Over the course of 12 months, you will engage in dynamic rotations, gaining comprehensive training in Clinical Trial Assistant, Site Manager, and Local Trial Manager roles. With the support of experienced line management, formal mentorship, and networking opportunities, you will immerse yourself in real-world work experiences that will hone your technical and leadership skills.

Who we’re looking for
Education and experience requirements:
- Must be graduating no more than 12 months prior to the target start date, with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (e.g., BA, BS, MS), in Health Sciences or related scientific field
- 1+ plus years of work experience preferred (including internship, co-op or research experience)
- IT literacy relevant to Corporate and Clinical Operations
Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Analytical and a real problem solver
- Willingness to learn in a dynamic environment and stay abreast of new technologies
- Strong interpersonal, leadership, and negotiating skills
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to collaborate and handle multiple priorities within a matrix environment.
- Ability to perform activities in a timely and accurate manner.
- Expert proficiency with Word, Power Point, Excel.
Travel:
- Ability to travel up to 25% when in Site Manager rotation
