What is the Global Operations Leadership Development Program?
The Global Operations Leadership Development Program is a full-time, paid role that touches the heart of J&J—operations and supply chain. It spans both medtech and innovative medicine sectors, allowing participants to experience different areas of healthcare while building a network and the confidence to tackle the toughest challenges. You can expect:
- A two-and-a-half-year, full-time rotational program for high-potential early career candidates around the world
- Dynamic blended online and in-person training and three rotations across our enterprise supply chain
- Rotations include operations, procurement, quality, planning, customer and logistics services, project and process engineering, and facilities engineering and more
- Global networking and collaboration with teammates around the world

We offer the Global Operational Leadership Development program globally and positions may be available at multiple J&J operating companies. Please see country-specific job descriptions for locations and eligibility.

What are the application requirements for this program?
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business administration, business management, data science or engineering
- A record of strong academic performance; GPA requirements may vary between roles and locations
- A minimum of four months of professional work experience in a related field, inclusive of co-ops, internships and post-graduate employment
- A strong interest in experiencing multifunctional assignments with engineering, operations, supply chain, manufacturing and/or quality teams
- Demonstrated leadership ability
- Geographic flexibility within cohort region (i.e., EMEA, NA, APAC or LATAM) during the program, including final placement assignments
- Legal authorization to work permanently in the country of hire for your rotational assignment without requiring sponsorship now or in the future
