Global Operations Leadership Development Program (GOLD)


The program
Accelerate your impact and realize your potential sooner with the Global Operations Leadership Development (GOLD) Program. Through its structured framework, which combines challenging work rotations with classroom and online training over a two-and-a-half-year period, you’ll hone your leadership skills and gain valuable knowledge and insights into our end-to-end global supply chain functions. Through mentorship, networking and dynamic real-world experience, you’ll gain new skills—and help us solve the world's toughest health challenges.

Your story

The opportunity
- A two-and-a-half-year, full-time rotational program for high-potential early-in-career talent
- Dynamic blended learning with in-person classes, online training and three rotations across our enterprise supply chain, include operations, procurement, quality, planning, customer and logistics services, project and process engineering, and facilities engineering
- Global networking and collaboration with teammates around the world

Our presence
Johnson & Johnson and the GOLD Program maintain a presence in cohorts across the NA, LATAM, EMEA and APAC regions.
Who we’re looking for
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, data science or an engineering-related field
- An overall cumulative GPA of 3.4 or higher (North America only)
- A minimum of four months of professional work experience in a related field, inclusive of co-ops, internships and post-graduate employment
- A strong interest in experiencing multifunctional assignments with engineering, operations, supply chain, manufacturing and/or quality teams
- Demonstrated leadership ability
- Geographic flexibility within cohort region (i.e., EMEA, NA, APAC or LATAM) is mandatory during the program, including final placement assignments
