The program
All functions that plan, source, make and deliver our products are part of the J&J supply chain, which encompasses supply chain and engineering organizations across our global enterprise. This model enables strategic supply chain decision-making across our companies while keeping supply chain organizations embedded in our sectors, connected to our businesses and close to our markets and customers.

The opportunity

- Fall co-op term is June 2023–December 2023, with the possibility of extension
- Two hundred roles need to be hired for this first-of-its-kind internship program
- Assignment location will be matched to business needs and housing assistance will be provided for those working on-site farther than 50 miles from the work site location
- Potential internship areas include Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, Consumer and Corporate/Enterprise

This first-of-its-kind internship program provides selected students with hands-on experience, coaching, mentoring, networking and an intentionally designed educational experience to support newcomers to a corporate environment.

Who we’re looking for
Our ideal candidates have strong technical capabilities and strategic mindsets, along with exceptional leadership, communication and interpersonal skills. You should have the ability to thrive in a highly complex, global work environment, and excel at taking initiative, setting priorities and exceeding goals.
Minimum GPA of 2.8 is required. Candidates must be sophomores or above, actively enrolled in an accredited university for the duration of the co-op assignment, and currently pursuing bachelor’s or master’s degrees (including MBAs).
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Ability to demonstrate analytical and quantitative skills is required.
- Participation in the FIRST Robotics Program during high school is strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation and leadership skills are preferred.
- Ability to balance multiple projects and initiatives while executing results is preferred.
- Candidates must be self-starters who are able to work independently while contributing to team goals.
- Participating in an engineering society, in addition to leading or participating in campus programs and/or community service activities, is desired
