Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is currently recruiting for a Field Customer Engagement Specialist (South Italy).
Role Purpose
Field‑based role focused on enhancing the quality and impact of customer engagement with a defined panel of Leading Specialists.
Strengthens disease educational narratives, generates actionable customer insights, and connects Marketing strategy with field execution.
No direct product sales targets; variable compensation may apply on selected engagement and insight KPIs.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Manage a panel of ~60 Leading Specialists, delivering structured, high‑quality interactions aligned to customer needs and portfolio priorities.
- Customer Insights: Capture and translate field insights into actionable input for Marketing and cross‑functional teams.
- Disease educational Narrative Activation: Reinforce and adapt brand narratives through consistent, high‑impact customer conversations.
- Disease Educational Support: Support key initiatives and events, including speaker briefing and message alignment.
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Medical and field teams to ensure coordinated customer engagement.
Performance & Incentives
- Measured on engagement quality, coverage, frequency, and insight contribution.
- Eligible for variable compensation linked to selected KPIs (e.g. engagement effectiveness, insight impact, contribution to brand activation).
Requirements:
- University Degree in scientific field
- Master's in marketing, business school qualification, or similar will be considered a nice to have
- Fluent English and Italian
- 3 years' experience in roles related to the pharmaceutical industry, such as Sales Representative, Product Manager or similar

€39.800,00 - €64.055,00Benefits:
In addition to base pay, we offer the following benefits*: an annual bonus with set target (% of pay) depending on pay grade / location, where the actual amount is based on the employees’ and companies’ performance of the previous calendar year, or sales commissions.
