Job Description:

Maintenance customer master data in SAP (master data, prices and conditions) and all the invoicing process.

• Responds to difficult customer queries.

• Investigates and resolves non-routine customer problems.

• Determines which complex issues need to be escalated.

• Checks accuracy of credits to customer accounts.

• Prepares reports on customer master data, prices and credits for management.

• Provides updates to customers on order status and/or problem resolutions.

• Ensures log is accurately filled out and that all queries have been answered accurately and efficiently.

• Ensures fulfilment in scored card and all the SOP, RCM and WI related to Revenue Cycle

The anticipated base pay range for this position is:

€28,700.00 - €46,805.00
