As a Senior Immunology Sales Specialist at Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine, you will have the opportunity to drive sales for our Immunology- Gastroenterology business within the Athens, Greece territory. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in influencing the adoption of our innovative products by engaging with Gastroenterology healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities
To excel in this role, you will be responsible for:
Attaining sales objectives by effectively communicating the outstanding value proposition of Johnson & Johnson’s gastroenterology products and services.
Delivering detailed presentations to a diverse audience, including physicians, specialists, hospital staff, clinics, and pharmacists, showcasing the unique benefits of our products.
Cultivating strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within the healthcare provider systems to drive product utilization and adoption.
Executing marketing strategies at the local level, using resources appropriately and collaborating successfully with company team members and counterparts to share ideas and information to enhance business results.
Requirements Qualifications:
A minimum of five (5) years of proven sales experience in the pharmaceutical, biologic/biotech sector
A minimum of a bachelor's degree
A valid driver's license and ability to travel as necessary
Residency within Attiki, Greece
Preferred Qualifications
The following qualifications are highly desirable:
Working knowledge of Gastroenterology field
Experience selling injectable/infused products
Demonstrated track record of success in sales positions with emphasis on projects and high-performance environments

€41,200.00 - €66,010.00Benefits:
In addition to base pay, we offer the following benefits*: an annual bonus with set target (% of pay) depending on pay grade / location, where the actual amount is based on the employees’ and companies’ performance of the previous calendar year, or sales commissions.
