Job Details:
1. Contract management:
a) Support the end‑to‑end management of contracts, including renewals and alignment with commercial policies; coordinate annual renewals with Legal, HCC, Finance, and other stakeholders to ensure timely contract execution.
b) Contract value analysis based on BP/JU/NU
2. Pricing management:
a) Establish discount and rebate SOPs (including accrual, true‑up, and settlement) and ensure excellent execution in compliance with SOP requirements and corporate policies.
b) Deliver monthly pricing investment dashboard by customer by portfolio
c) Monthly NTS impact calculation to support the LE management
3. Responsible for managing operation‑related systems and collaborating closely with IT to develop and enhance system functionalities based on business requirements.
a) Co-work with AP team to optimize the pricing setting in SAP System
b) Develop Contract & Rebate system to fit in customized needs
c) Improve the rebate settlement efficiency and user experience
4. Proactively propose innovative and agile channel management solutions to adapt to internal transformations, market dynamics, and regulatory changes.
5. Accountable for ensuring excellence in SOP execution, including high‑quality cross‑departmental implementation aligned with R&R, approval workflows, time management, and effective communication with key stakeholders.
Qualification Requirement
· Bachelor degree or above
· At least 5+ years business and operation management experience in foreign company.
· Demonstrates strong strategic thinking and business insight to identify potential operational risks and opportunities.
· Possesses solid data analysis capability and effective project management skills.
· Excellent communication and persuasive skills, enabling proactive problem‑solving across departments.
· Proficient in both verbal and written English and Chinese.
· Sales experience is plus
