Job Description:

Role Purpose

Drive the strategic planning, execution, and performance of the haematology portfolio, delivering strong commercial outcomes while improving patient access and outcomes through impactful, insight-driven marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute brand and portfolio strategies to maximise growth and market share
  • Drive sales performance and ensure achievement of commercial targets
  • Lead business planning, forecasting, and financial management (P&L accountability)
  • Design and implement marketing programmes, including product launches and campaigns
  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams (Sales, Medical, Market Access, Regulatory)
  • Engage KOLs and healthcare professionals to generate market insights and shape strategy
  • Collaborate with field sales teams to gather insights and optimise customer engagement
  • Analyse market data and translate insights into actionable business decisions

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
  • Proven track record in marketing / product management roles
  • Exposure to oncology or haematology is highly preferred
  • Strong ability to work in a highly competitive and dynamic market environment
  • Demonstrated experience working cross-functionally across Sales, Marketing, Medical, and Market Access
  • Proven ability to lead or influence teams without direct authority
  • Strong financial acumen, including business planning, forecasting, and budget management
  • Ability to engage effectively with healthcare professionals; Cantonese language capability is an advantage
