We are searching for the best talent for Product Manager – Haematology.
Purpose:
The Product Manager – Haematology is responsible for driving the strategic planning, execution, and performance of the haematology portfolio in Hong Kong.
This role delivers strong commercial outcomes by developing insight-driven marketing strategies, strengthening market positioning, and improving patient access through effective cross-functional collaboration.
You will be responsible for:
Developing and executing brand and portfolio strategies to maximise growth, market share, and competitive positioning
Driving commercial performance by supporting sales teams and ensuring achievement of business and revenue targets
Leading business planning, forecasting, and financial management activities, with accountability for budget and performance tracking
Designing and implementing impactful marketing programmes, including product launches, campaigns, and customer engagement initiatives
Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Regulatory to ensure aligned execution
Engaging and partnering with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and healthcare professionals to generate insights and refine strategic direction
Translating market, customer, and competitive insights into actionable strategies to accelerate business growth
Working closely with field sales teams to optimise customer engagement and ensure effective implementation of marketing initiatives
Qualifications / Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, or related discipline; advanced degree is an advantage
Minimum 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, with proven experience in marketing or product management roles
Exposure to oncology or haematology therapeutic areas is strongly preferred
Strong commercial acumen with ability to operate effectively in a competitive and dynamic market environment
Demonstrated experience working cross-functionally across Sales, Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Market Access teams
Proven ability to influence stakeholders and lead initiatives without direct authority
Strong financial and analytical skills, including experience in business planning, forecasting, and budget management
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills; Cantonese language capability is an advantage
