The Director, EMEA Product Group Leader, will lead the technology strategy and delivery of products and roadmaps for the EMEA region, supporting Payroll, HCC, GA&P, Legal, Privacy, Human resources, Global Security and Engineering & Property Services. This position leads a team of IT professionals. This role is responsible for leading key regional product development, as well as the delivery of global and regional corporate products to the EMEA region. The successful person will collaborate with their EMEA business partners as well as the global product group leaders in a product centric model that links the business outcomes to the EMEA technology roadmaps. This role will be reported to the Sr Director CBT Head of EMEA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create vision, align and prioritize business & IT strategies and co-shape strategic demand with the EMEA Business
- Experience in leading a virtual regional team, with an understanding of the nuances and cultural implications, with the ability to balance priorities across global, regional and local strategies and product groups.
- Define annual objectives and key results (OKRs) informed by business and technology
- Collaborate with product group leaders to translate vision and strategies which meet the regional needs
- Lead regional portfolio of investments, including overseeing resources to deliver on those investments
- Build reusable frameworks for product groups that can meet regional needs, but can be applied globally
- Understand and develop the team into a maturing product management organization, while also building digital skills with their business partners
- Build and maintain successful relationships with key business and technical partners
- Maintain deep industry and domain expertise, technical knowledge of platforms and software technology and knowledge of business process and business strategy
- Ability to successfully work across multiple levels of an organization
- Experience managing an organization’s budget including planning, forecasting, monitoring and addressing budget variances
AI Knowledge and Experience
- Proven experience leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to enhance product capabilities, improve user experience, and drive business outcomes.
- Understanding AI concepts and frameworks, including agentic AI, with the ability to translate technical capabilities into product strategies.
- Experience integrating AI-driven features into digital products or platforms, ensuring alignment with customer needs and organizational goals.
- Ability to collaborate with data science and engineering teams to define AI requirements, evaluate feasibility, and prioritize AI-enabled functionality.
- Awareness of ethical considerations and responsible AI practices, ensuring compliance with industry standards and organizational policies.
- Hands-on experience generating prompts — creating, refining, and measuring prompts to boost workflow efficiency and performance.
- Demonstrated ability to rapidly learn, evaluate, and adopt new AI tools and platforms to meet evolving project needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s level degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business or related field is required; an advanced degree is preferred.
- A minimum of 15-years of relevant business experience, along with 10-years of relevant IT experience is required
- Experience in the scope defined CBT EMEA products is strongly preferred
- Strong communication skills with ability to deeply understand the business, in order to craft the appropriate strategies
- Outstanding interpersonal, relationship-building and partnership skills; must be able to build a strong network and regularly collaborate to be successful
- Must strong business approach and financial savviness
- Extensive experience delivering and leading reliable solutions with a focus on high quality, operational excellence and business value, supported with outcome-based measures
- Proficient in all aspects of the product development lifecycle as well as agile methodology
- Ability to work independently and influence without formal authority as needed
- Strong ability to motivate and inspire people to make tough decisions and resolve conflict when needed, in a timely manner
- Validated experience and ability to interpret, develop and present information to multiple audiences, and an ability to understand and anticipate reactions as a means to resolving needs required

€119,200.00 - €204,355.00Benefits:
In addition to base pay, we offer the following benefits*: an annual bonus with set target (% of pay) depending on pay grade / location, where the actual amount is based on the employees’ and companies’ performance of the previous calendar year, or sales commissions.
