We are searching for the best talent for a MT Shared Documents and Records & Information Compliance (RIC) Administrator.

The MT Shared Documents and Records & Information Compliance (RIC) Administrator implements the document and change control processes for Med Tech Shared Documents utilizing PLM Systems such as Windchill. This role is responsible for providing internal customers with mentorship in following document and change control procedures. Additionally, this role is responsible for executing tasks and leading or supporting projects to progress MT-RIC goals and objectives across MT.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Processes MT Shared Document changes in a timely manner for compliance with procedures.
  • Collaborates and provides direction to change owners, approvers, and business partners as needed.
  • Communicates the status of MT Shared Document changes.
  • Collects and reports metrics pertaining to change control and MT-RIC activities.
  • Leads small, prioritized projects that help support departmental objectives, including projects that require collaboration with other departments or facilities.
  • Supports and recommends MT Shared Document and MT-RIC process improvements, including initiating procedural revisions and pursuing automated solutions.
  • Supports both internal and external audits, as well as quality events (CAPA, NC, Audit findings), relating to MT Shared Document processes or MT-RIC processes.
  • Ensures all activities adhere to the documented quality system and current regulatory requirements.
    • Responsible for communicating business-related issues or opportunities to next management level
    • Responsible for following all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices as applicable.
    • For those who supervise or manage a staff, responsible for ensuring that subordinates follow all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices and that all resources needed to do so are available and in good condition, if applicable
    • Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, local and Company regulations, policies, and procedures
    • Performs other duties assigned as needed

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or equivalent University Degree required
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in records management, including experience with Windchill change control systems.
  • Experience working in a regulated industry (e.g., medical device, pharmaceutical, or similar).
  • Ability to collaborate in an open office environment and remotely with virtual teams while paying attention to detail
  • Ability to coordinate, prioritize, and balance multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
  • Experience providing audit support during internal/and or external audits
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required.
  • Experience building PowerApps to automate manual processes is required.
  • Experience with Windchill is required.
  • Experience with machine learning and AI is preferred.
  • Adobe Acrobat and database application experience is preferred.
  • Ability to multitask, including ability to understand customer requirements, retrieve information, and provide responses satisfactorily and with immediacy and accuracy is required.
  • Excellent interpersonal, time management and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in fast paced environment, quickly adapt, and navigate various technology and computer software.
  • Ability to communicate with multiple levels of management.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :

$54,000.00 - $87,400.00

Additional Description for Pay Transparency:

Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).

This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s long-term incentive program.
