Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Specialist Operator - Warehouse & Distribution, located in Schiphol and Leiden, Netherlands.

Purpose:

In this role, you will operate as an established support individual contributor within Warehouse, WDS, or Distribution. You will execute tasks that are typically routine, with some deviation from standard practice, while supporting internal teams. You are aware of the annual company and division goals and understand how your performance contributes to achieving them. You will follow administrative processes to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and quality of deliverables, while maintaining high standards of professionalism, efficiency, communication, discretion, and independent judgment.

You will be responsible for:

• Executing operational tasks to meet production targets with minimal supervision, following administrative processes to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and quality of deliverables.
• Supporting day‑to‑day Warehouse, WDS, and Distribution activities, including resource support, and escalating concerns or issues to leaders to maximize business results.
• Coordinating and guiding external activities and relationships with Customs, KMAR, NVWA, and local authorities.
• Maintaining front‑line knowledge of Good Distribution Practices (GDP), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and regulatory topics such as audit findings and CAPAs, ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations and procedures.
• Adhering to standard operating procedures and supporting initiatives, daily planning, and key milestones related to the processing of ingredients and/or (new) pharmaceutical products.
• Acting on flow interruptions, monitoring standardized work, and driving sustainable improvements.
• Taking ownership of personal training and ensuring all required training is completed and understood on time.
• Keeping records of process improvements to continually enhance safety, quality, reliability, cost, and scheduling.
• Demonstrating Johnson & Johnson’s Leadership Imperatives and Credo, and contributing to a culture of belonging through trusting, diverse, and inclusive relationships.
• Understanding and complying with the Code of Business Conduct, company policies, applicable laws, and performing related duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications / Requirements:

• A relevant MBO‑3 degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience, or a non‑relevant MBO‑3 degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Intermediate (B1) level proficiency in both Dutch and English.
• Computer proficiency at intermediate level for MS Office, entry level for data analysis, and specialist level for business applications.
• Positive, proactive, decisive, independent, flexible, and organized, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new ways of working.
• Stress‑resistant, with the ability to continue working calmly under all circumstances.
• Strong safety mindset.
• Experience working within a GMP environment is preferred.
• Experience handling hazardous materials is required.

Het te verwachten bruto basissalaris voor deze functie ligt tussen de 38.300 to 61.410 op jaarbasis en is inclusief 8% vakantietoeslag.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is:

€38.300,00 - €61.410,00
