The overall purpose of this role is to drive sales growth and market development within the assigned territory by executing strategic sales plans, supporting product adoption, and delivering clinical and product education to healthcare professionals. The role also ensures effective market analysis, product trial management, sales forecasting, cross-functional collaboration, and full compliance with company and regulatory standards to support customer needs and improve patient outcomes.
Essential duties and responsibilities:
- Execute strategic sales initiatives to increase revenue, expand market share, and drive product adoption within designated territories.
- Provide healthcare professionals with up-to-date scientific knowledge, clinical education, and product-specific insights to support improved patient outcomes.
- Conduct market analysis, support inventory management, monitor competitor activities, and identify growth opportunities to develop competitive strategies.
- Manage product trials and sales forecasting to align with business goals and effectively meet customer expectations.
- Participate in company activities and events, including congresses, training sessions, meetings, and symposiums.
- Ensure strict adherence to Health Care Compliance (HCC) policies, regulatory guidelines, learning management training requirements (Summit), and JNJ MedTech standards.
- Partner with internal departments, including marketing, customer service, and planning, to achieve sales targets and support customer needs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in preferably in Biology, Biomedical Sciences, Medical or Health-related Fields, Business Administration or Marketing.
- Min 3 years of proven experience in sales and marketing within the MedTech industry, preferably from the surgical industry.
- Ability to acquire detailed product and procedural knowledge and effectively engage with key stakeholders across surgical specialties.
- Self-motivated with a strong commitment to achieving success in a dynamic and challenging role.
- Skilled at working collaboratively to achieve both personal and team objectives, fostering a shared commitment to success.
- Strong ability to continuously learn and adapt, paired with exceptional presentation and effective communication capabilities to connect with diverse audiences.

- Fluent in English both verbal and written communication
- Trained to apply advanced Microsoft suite skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook

€22,700.00 - €35,880.00Benefits:
In addition to base pay, we offer the following benefits*: an annual bonus with set target (% of pay) depending on pay grade / location, where the actual amount is based on the employees’ and companies’ performance of the previous calendar year, or sales commissions.
