We are searching for the best talent for the Business Solutions Lead, TURGAN role on a 1 year fixed-term contract based in Istanbul, Türkiye.
Purpose: the Business Solutions Lead is responsible for generating sales performance reports for TURGAN, ensuring accuracy and compliance of dashboards, calculating field force sales achievements and targets, and managing timely sales incentives. This role also involves data analytics and creating dashboards for improved data visualization and decision-making.
You will be responsible for:
Understanding the market dynamics and the industry trends.
Delivering and coordinating strategic sales force effectiveness plans, derived from sales performance goals and sales channels, that leverage actionable insights to increase product adoption rates and accelerate sales growth of key strategic accounts.
Developing knowledge of innovative sales strategies and learning techniques to contribute to sales productivity tools and enablement resource design that supports the achievement of goals, while maintaining focus on overall sales effectiveness objectives.
Analyzing and evaluating emerging sales systems and innovative sales models by conducting complex sales forecasts, facilitating risk assessments, and performing business impact analyses that inform the adaptation of various models.
Facilitating performance initiatives by assisting scope definition, allocating resources, and ensuring sales reporting processes, training initiatives, and incentive programs align with departmental performance and organizational priorities.
Establishing key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of sales processes, and strategic initiatives as well as benchmarking current sales capabilities against industry leading standards and competitors.
Conferring with senior leaders and relevant stakeholders to define optimal performance measurements and performance management systems required to improve the organization’s competitive positioning.
Qualifications / Requirements:
Experience in the Pharmaceutical industry; preferably in Business Solutions, SFE&CRM or Business Intelligence
Very good command of both written and spoken English
Proficiency in MS Office
Strong communication and presentation skills
Analytical and strategic thinking and big picture orientation
Innovative with the ability to coordinate and drive a complex and changing environment
Technical ability; databases, spreadsheets
