Product Manager Spine (Orthopaedics) Nordics

We are seeking a commercially driven and strategic Product Manager – Spine to lead our Spine portfolio across the Nordic region (Sweden, Denmark, Norway, and Finland). This role carries full responsibility for portfolio performance, with a strong focus on TriAltis execution and acceleration, as well as successful launch and adoption of upcoming New Product Introductions (NPIs).

The Product Manager will act as the key link between global strategy and local market execution, working closely with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and key customers to drive growth and market leadership.

Key Responsibilities

· Own and grow the Spine portfolio across the Nordics, driving revenue, market share, and profitability through strong strategic execution

· Lead key priority initiatives, especially the rollout and adoption of TriAltis, ensuring effective positioning, training, and commercial execution

· Drive successful product launches (NPI), ensuring cross-functional readiness and accelerating market adoption of new technologies

· Enable and support sales performance by strengthening pipeline, providing product expertise, and supporting key deals and tenders

· Build strong customer and KOL relationships, driving engagement, insights, and clinical collaboration

· Execute impactful marketing activities, aligned with global strategy and local market needs

· Collaborate cross-functionally (Sales, Supply Chain, Regulatory, Finance, etc.) to ensure seamless execution and business success

Qualifications

· Proven experience in Product Management, Marketing, or Sales within MedTech (Spine experience strongly preferred)

· Located in Sweden but travelling required to other Nordic countries

· Strong business acumen with ability to translate strategy into execution

· Demonstrated success in product launches and/or portfolio growth

· Ability to operate across multiple countries and stakeholders

· Excellent communication and influencing skills

· Proactive, structured, and results-driven mindset

· Fluent in English and Swedish language is a strong advantage

Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopaedics business to establish a standalone orthopaedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes. The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 18 to 24 months,subject to legal requirements, including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as may be required, regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals. Should you accept this position, it is anticipated that, following conclusion of the transaction, you would be an employee of DePuy Synthes and your employment would be governed by DePuy Synthes employment processes, programs, policies, and benefit plans. In that case, details of any planned changes would be provided to you by DePuy Synthes at an appropriate time and subject to any necessary consultation processes.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is:

kr563,000.00 - kr905,050.00
