The Opportunity
Due to internal mobility, we currently have an opportunity for a results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead and shape the Wound Closure team in QLD. Based in Brisbane and reporting directly to the Director of Sales, you will have the opportunity to shape strategy, inspire performance, drive growth, empower teams to meet targets, build relationships, and champion our brand with customers.
Responsibilities
- Leading, coaching, and upskilling a team of Product and Territory Solution Specialists, and delivering and executing regional sales strategies that align with national goals
- Building strong relationships with key stakeholders, and driving growth by identifying opportunities, increasing usage, and improving product visibility
- Coordinating and running weekly team huddles to discuss initiatives, customer feedback, YTD sales etc. and inspiring team through open communication, celebrating successes and supportive initiatives
- Understanding competitors in the market and collaborating with Sales & Marketing teams to ensure smooth execution of agreed business plans
About You
- Degree qualified with proven background in medical device sales plus 2-3 years’ experience in a sales leadership role with direct reports
- Strong commercial and business acumen, with good knowledge and understanding of the local market
- A natural relationship builder who can clearly and effectively communicate at all levels of the business
- With a passion for coaching and developing people, and the ability to engage, negotiate and influence stakeholders
